Abstract Submission

First, click left on 'Registration', a new window will show, and register there. During your registration procedure you can chose to submit a contribution later, or not.

In the case you want to submit a contribution now, a new page will be shown. Please, fill out all fields completely in English, since these entries will used later for the abstract book.

Mandatory are:

  • a title,
  • your abstract in text form with a maximum of 3000 characters to copy-paste into our web interface; you may also add one figure,
  • your abstract in pdf-format to upload as file.

You can choose between poster and lectures as your contribution (Invited speakers: please choose invited presentation). Not all submitted lectures will be accepted as such, you will be informed about the acceptance of your contribution until July 01, 2025.

After your successful registration you will receive a login name and password by e-mail, as well as the link to your personal registration management account. If you decided to submit a contribution later, you can submit, edit or delete your contribution there after logging in.

Contribution Deadline: June 15, 2025.


ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

A one-page abstract for the PDF abstract book must be submitted for each contribution. This can be uploaded directly as part of the registration process, or provided at a later stage by logging in to your personal management account. Please follow the provided template format, which is available via the link below. The main text can have a maximum of 3,000 characters (including references), and you can include one figure with a short caption.

Please convert your abstract to a pdf-file prior to uploading it. We will not process any MS Word, Latex, other text files, fax or emails for your abstract contributions.

Use English also for your affilliation and all other entries.

Please note, the Abstract Book will be issued as pdf file.
