Conference Fees
| Regular Participant: | 450 € |
| Students/PhD Students: | 170 €* |
*The reduced fee for Students will be granted only for students and PhD candidates, not for PhDs, Post Docs, or similiar. We reserve the right to double-check and reject registrations at a Student fee.
Free of charge for conference participants:
- Symposium Abstract Book (pdf),
- Coffee/tea during breaks,
- Lunch on both symposium days (Monday and Tuesday),
- Admission to the welcome reception on Sunday evening (incl. beer, pretzels and sausages)
- Conference Dinner at Arvena Hotel on Tuesday evening
- for Regular Participants only: Concert on Monday night.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations after August 15, 2025, a service charge of € 50 will be deducted from the refund of already paid dues.

The conference fee can be paid via SEPA or Credit Card.
